DESCRIPTION: The Seorae Global Village Center is holding a special lecture series on Pre-Modern Korean history by Pr. David A. Mayson, professor of Korean and International Cultural Tourism for Sejong University, Seoul Campus, College of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Pr. Mason will provide an overview of Korea's long premodern history, emphasizing some of the key themes, especially the religious changes throughout the history that have had a profound effect on the culture and people.

19 Oct:  Spirit-Kings of Mountains and Dragons - Korea's Primary Shamanism-based Spirits: Tiger-Lord of Mountains and Dragon-King of the Waters
26 Oct:   Great Zen Master Doseon Guksa and his 'Pungsu-jiri' Feng-Shui Geomancy
02 Nov:   Spendors of Gyeongju, Korea's Ancient Capital - Its Four UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Sites, Infused with Myths & Legends
