What are Korea's infant car seat regulations?

Korean law requires that children under six (6) years of age be secured in a child car seat.
The fine for not using a car seat as required by law is 30,000 won.

Unlike many other countries, this law does not specify which type of car seat (either rear-facing or forward-facing car seat) is required for specific age groups.
