Not only do participants enjoy the scenic Korean outdoors on these outings, but also gain the opportunity to meet others interested in climbing from all corners of the world and get acquainted to the Korean climbing scene. Business Description
SAN is a privately owned climbing business designed to expand the accessibility of climbing to Korea’s finer alpine environments to the foreign, expatriate and Korean communities alike. SAN rock climbing services are generally in Seoul’s Bukhansan National Park  and the outlaying GyeongGi Province climbing areas; however, services also extend as far as Gangwon Province during the winter ice-climbing season. Sanirang Alpine Networks is the only the climbing outfitter that offers a multitude of programs led by native speakers of English.

SAN Instructors/Guides
Sanirang Alpine Networks understands that there is no compromise when it comes to the safety of our clients. All associate instructors and guides are certified by either the KAF(Korean Alpine Federation) or AMGA(American Mountaineering Guides Association). The value of each associate’s experience and knowledge is many-fold the cost of any outing with them not only because all associates have climbed in some of the world’s most extreme alpine ranges including Pakistan, China, India, and Nepal, but also because they have climbed at several of Koreas finest crags and ice falls—which makes them the perfect instructors and guides for your journey.

General Service & Program Description
Sanirang Alpine Networks currently runs a beginner and intermediate climbing school programs, monthly group outings, courses and guided climbs during both the spring and fall climbing seasons. We also offer an ice climbing school program, group outings, courses and guided climbs during the winter season. All of the necessary gear can be rented from SAN at a reasonable rate and everyone who participates gets a free SAN t-shirt!
