IMPORTANT NOTICE:
1. All Korean applicants applying for visa are required to receive a special permit “Special permission to visit Afghanistan” from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Republic of Korea.
2. Travelers are advised to extend duration of their stay before the expiration date of their visa. Otherwise, in case of overstaying without extension of visa, they will be charged $2/day for the first month and the charges will increase to $5/day after the period of 1 month. In case of 3 months overstay without extension of visa, the violators will be departed from Afghanistan in addition of paying overstay charges.
