I am from India. Currently living in south Korea with D-4 Visa with Single entry. My Visa validity is 1 year.
Now I want to go back India for vacation & again come back to south Korea. So I have one query about my Visa.
Can I go back to India & again come to Korea with Single entry Visa? Or I have to make it multi entry Visa?\
please help me.

The single-entry visa is just that - you can only use it once to enter the country.  If you leave South Korea, you'll lose your visa.

What you need to do in order to be able to leave the country and return is apply for a re-entry permit with Korean immigration.  Be sure that you do this in advance of your planned trip, since while it usually only takes a couple days to get the re-entry permit, there can of course be complications.

Yes, you will need to obtain a multiple-entry visa. Without it you may have to begin your visa process all over again. Since procedures/regulations can vary depending on your passport/country of origin, you may want to contact the immigration helpline to find out how long it would take to get your multiple-entry visa.
