Please seriously consider fostering an animal from Asan Shelter today!  Here are the fostering instructions from Laura-Claire of ARK.
Regarding fostering, people need to fill out the adoption form and send it to Sofia, Kathy and Laura-Claire. It can be found at this link (No. 3):

You also need to know that fostering involves keeping the animal until it is adopted... In this situation, as long as they can commit through the long, cold winter, it should hopefully be OK, but until the little one gets adopted is ideal because it's obviously not ideal/hard on a dog/cat to put an animal back in a shelter once it's acclimated to a loving home life. That means being in charge of supplies, food, water, general home and vet care, etc. The also should post the animal on the ARK website soon after they foster him/her. It's a serious short-term commitment, and we really want to get the animals warm.

While we are waiting for the official answer, here is more general info about fostering.  Fostering means taking care of an animal until it finds a permanent home. But it also means that there is no guarantee of how much time it will take, but there is an average of 3 months. Fostering can be hard both physically and emotionally as the pets might need some training and as you get attached to the little ones . However, it is very rewarding. You don't have to find an adoptive home yourself, but I guess we expect you to update pictures (looking cuter, more relax, etc.) and to give us more info in a home situation. We also kind of expect you to tell your friends you have a pet for adoption. We are the ones screening potential adopters, but we should actually do it together, so that you can tell me what you think as you will come to know the personality more than anyone.
