Yongsan-gu Toy Rental Center
The Yongsan District Office operates a children’s toy rental service that is located in the 1st basement level of Samgakji Subway Station (Line 6 - Stop 628 / Line 4 - Stop 428) in the area of exits 7-14. Residents of Yongsan-gu may borrow toys, books, and DVDs from this center free of charge. It is also possible for foreign residents to borrow toys.
HOURS:
Weekdays 9am to 6pm weekdays (open to 8pm Thursdays)
Weekends  9am to 4pm
Closed Tuesdays and holidays
REQUIREMENTS: You will first have to visit the Yongsan District Office in Itaewon* (see directions below) to get a foreigner registry certificate (외국인사실증명서)  which will have your current address. Bring this along with your alien registration card to the toy rental center. You will need to show these as proof of residency in Yongsan District.before you can do business.

*DIRECTIONS to the Yongsan District Office: Go out Exit 3 of  Noksapyeong Station - Line 6, Stop 629. Head toward Itaewon, crossing the street at the light. Right after you cross, turn right, heading toward Banpo Bridge. Walk about 2-3 minutes - the Yongsan District Office is the huge building right by the Crown Hotel.
