The following churches offer religious services in English and, where specified, in other languages. The churches are listed in alphabetical order. Note that Protestant churches in the Yongsan area (Hannam-dong and Itaewon including HaeBangChon) are on a seprate page (scroll to the bottom of this page to find it).

Anglican Cathedral (Seoul)
Located across from Seoul City Hall beside Deoksu Palace. Holy Communion in English every Sunday at 9.30 AM. with Sunday School for school age children. Contact the vicar at 02-739-0785 or pgmoon@hotmail.com (until July 2011).

Christian Science Society
Special focus on Christian healing. Sunday worship, 10AM Sunday school, 11AM Wednesdays, 7:30PM Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy in 17 languages; also available, the Weekly Bible Lesson, The Christian Science Monitor Weekly; children's books & CDs; study groups in English or Korean.  E-mail cshealing@gmail.com.

Chung-dong First Methodist Church
Chung-dong First Methodist Church has been called the birthplace of Protestantism in Korea. Sundays: 11:00 AM - Youth Ministry - Wesleyn Hall /12:50 PM-  Kid's Club / 2:00 PM - Worship Service /3:20 PM -  Bible Study; Tuesdays:  7:00 PM.  - Midweek Bible Hour. Counseling services by appointment. Directions:  Take subway line 1 or 2 to City Hall Station, Stop 132 or 201. Go out  Exit 11,12 or 2. Walk toward the Dunkin; Donut and then turn right, following the palace wall until you reach the church.  The church is opposite the Chung-dong Theatre and Seoul Arts Museum. 

Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
English-language worship service at the YoungDeungPo Chapel near the YoungdeungPo District Office starting with Sacrament meeting at 10AM. Call President Rogers for more information (02-795-2039)

Church In Seoul
The Sunday fellowship service is at 10:30 AM.There are bible studies at various times during the week. For more information, contact  Jonathan at 010-6744 0184. For a map for getting to the church, visit the Church in Seoul website.

Community of Christ
Sunday activities include Children’s and Youth Bible Class from 10:30 am, followed by Worship at 11:15 am.  The service is in English and Korean. Lunch is served after the service. Following this is a Beginners English Class and also activities for youth and children. Beginning at 7PM on Sunday evenings, an International Friendship Club for Young Adults (approx. 18 – 35) meets in the building. For more information  please visit the church's website or call the Pastor on 010 3097 1067. The Community of Christ is located between Seoul Foreign School and Seodaemun-gu office, on top of the hill on Yeonhi-ro. 

Covenant Church
Sunday English Service at 3:00PM, Sunday School at 1:30PM  and English Small Group meetings throughout the week.  We are a gospel-centered church affiliated with the PCA (Presbyterian Church of America) and are located at Shincheon Station (next to Jamsil Station on line 2).  For more information, the Covenant Church website has an English section.

Dongdo Church
English worship service at 5 PM every Sunday by Pastor David Crawford. . Located nearexit 10 of Cheongnyangni Station on subway line 1, stop 124. Info: 02-967-0807.

Filipino Bible Baptist Church
FBBCoutreaches to Overseas Filipino Workers in Korea with a Unique O.F.W. Ministry (Obey God, Follow Christ & Win Souls). Near Grand Children’s Park Station (subway line 7, stop 726, exit 5). Directions: McDonald - Hwa Yang Sa Geo Ri(Big 4-way Junction)-Turn to your Right- Overpass FBBC in on 4th floor of 6-story building. See map on FBBC website - click on Introduction.  Sunday School is at 9:30 AM, worship at 11AM, fellowship lunch 1PM. Saturday fellowship dinners at 7 PM and  prayer meeting 8 PM. Ha-Yae-Sung Church of Hwa-Jung
Exclusively English worship service held every Sunday at 3PM Worship service led by Pastor Philip Jeon. All buses going through Hwa-Jung Ji-Gu stop in front of the church. (0344-967-8296).

Myungsung Church
Inter-denominational format of praise and worship at 1:20PM. Sundays. Located in Myeongil-dong, near exit 4 of Myeongil Station on subway line 5, Stop 551. Info: 02-440-9080.

Onnuri Community Church, English service at 4:00 PM and Chinese service at 1:50 PM Sundays.. Seobinggo-dong Campus. Address:241-96 Seobinggo-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul Tel: 02-793-9686.

Power Ministries International

Presbyterian Church of the Lord - English Ministry
Jamsil-based international worship, Bible study and fellowship events. Sunday worship at 1:30PM. Saturday Korean classes also offered.  Located next to Sports Complex Station on subway line 2, exit 3. Sunday worship begins at 1:30 PM. 

Religious Society of Friends (Quakers)
Meets every Sunday at 11AM near the back gate of Ewha University (behind the University's Engineering School). Address: 2-87 Shinchon-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. Directions:Take the Green Line(# 2 subway to Shinchon Station (- Stop 240). Take Bus #7024 (W800; 6 minutes); Get off at Ewha Woman's University High School (one stop past Ewha Woman's University Back Gate); walk about 25 meters, climbing up the sidewalk in front of Daeshin Methodist Church; from there turn right into the neighborhood, towards the gate to Ewha Woman's Engineering Campus.  At the campus gate, follow the alley to the left - and then at neighborhood intersection, take the right turn. We are found at the end of the ally, on the right side after a 5-minute or less walk up hill.

Salt and Light Chapel offers an English service in Dobong-gu, (the northern part of Seoul) starting at 2:00PM every Sunday afternoon on the 4th floor of Yum Kwang Presbyterian Church.  There are bible studies after the service for anyone who is interested. Salt and Life Chapel also has many other activities such as Christmas/Easter dinners, outings with other ex-pats, and after service fellowship. Directions: Take Line #4 to Ssangmun Station (stop 413). Go out exit #1 and walk straight 300 meters. Turn right at the Hyundai dealer and go 50 meters. You will see the church on your left.. SaRang Community Church is a non-denominational church offering services in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese.  Sunday English services: Adult 10:00, 12:00, 2:00 /  Youth 09:30 / Children 12:00. Japanese at 3:30 PM and Chinese at 4:00 PM. Address: 1310-16 Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul. Tel: 010-7335-6409. 

Seong-Bok English Ministry
English worship on Sundays at 10:30 AM. Located near Korea University station on subway line 6, stop 640. Walk straight from exit 3 for 200 meters - the church is on the right. Info: 010-8682-6870. 

Seoul Bible Church
Expositional sermons in English. Sunday School at 10AM. Sunday Worship at 11AM. Services are translated into both English and Korean. To get there, take subway line 2 to Bongcheon Station, Stop 229, Exit 6.  Ttake a right on the first small street you see after exiting the station. Follow this small road to the larger road to which it leads and then cross the larger street and keep heading straight. You'll be in the Doosan Apartment complex. Keep going. Where the road curves to the right, you will notice a turnabout. Go left to exit the complex and go straight for one block. Take a right and go one more block before turning left.  The second building on the right has a sign in  Korean (서울성서교회). The church meets in the basement of that building. Seoul Union Church
Worship with the English-speaking community: 9:30 AM Sunday school for all ages at 11AM. Seoul Union Church is an international, interdenominational, and independent self-governed church that provides contemporary and creative worship services, as well as Bible teachings. Seoul Presbyterian Church
English Sunday service at 11:20AM in Westminster Hall (Room 101). The church is easily accessible: by subway, Daechi station (line 3, exit 2), or by taxi (across from well-known Eunma Apt).  Led by Rev.  Joshua Cho (expat Korean-American), email: joshuacho@yahoo.com, cell: 010-4101-5492.  Our service is traditional, and our preaching is expositional and Christ-centered. Somang Presbyterian Church
English-language worship service "Voice of Hope" at 2PM Sundays. English Sunday school from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at basement 3-1 of Missionary Hall. Preacher, Pastor Robert von Oeyen. Located in Shinsa-dong, Kangnam-gu. Call Mr. Lee at 011-412-2116 for more questions. (02-512-9191~6)

Yoido Full Gospel Church
Senior Pastor: Dr. Yonggi Cho. Service with simultaneous interpretation in English at 7AM, 11AM and 1PM.  Japanese and Chinese interpretation also provided at 9 and 11 AM . Contact: 02-783-4135.

Youngnak Presbyterian Church
International Worship in English  Sundays 10 AM (Service Building) 3PM (Mission Chapel) -- Pastor Bill Majors (church 2280-0228 / cell 011-613-5896). 21 Mission Seoul Sung Rak Church
Service at 10 a.m., noon, 2 p.m. (simualtaneous English or French translation). Services are also offered in Japanese, Chinese, Spanish and Russian. International Chapel and Bible Study at 2 p.m. Service in Chinese, Japanese or Vietnamese available upon request. Schedule on 21 Mission website.   Contact: 02-831-0296 /0775.
