The Women's Korean Basketball League (WKBL) is the premier women's basketball league in Korea. The league was established in 1998, with teams dating back to the 1950's.

There are currently (Fall 2011) 6 teams in the WKBL.

Cheonan KB Stadium (Home of KB Sabers)

Directions: Blue Line 1 to Dujung Station (one stop before Cheonan station). Take exit 1, transfer to Local Bus # 14 to Baekseok Complex 11 (14 stops, about 20-30 min).

Chuncheon Hoban Stadium(Home of Woori Bank Hansae)

Address: 30-1 Suksa dong, Chuncheon, Gangwondo, South Korea
Directions: green line 2 (stop # 208) or Purple Line 5 (Stop # 540) at Wangsimni Station transfer to the Turquoise color Gyeongchun Line. Get off at NamChunCheon Station (Stop # 139) and take Exit 1. From there transfer to the City Bus #130 and get off at the Kangwon Police Station. You should see the stadium next to the police station.

Guri Stadium (Home of KDB Winnus)

Directions: Starting at the JungAng subway line at Yongsan station go to Guri station (Stop # K123) and take exit 3. There is no bus so you will have to take a taxi or walk about 1.5 kilometers. From exit 3 walk to the corner of the Guri Station park that should be on your left, at the corner make a left and go straight to the 4-way instersection and take a right. Go straight about 500 meters and make a left at the Choongang Wedding Hall. Go straight from there and you should be able to see the Guri Gymnasium.

Wadong Stadium(Home of Shinhan Bank S-Birds)
Address: 813 Wadong, Danwongu, Ansan, Gyeonggido, South Korea
Directions: From Dark Blue line 1 (stop # 140) or Green Line 2 (stop # 234) Sindorim station take exit 1. Transfer to Bus #320 and ride until the Wadong Gymnasium Stop. You should see the Gym from there.

Yongin Stadium(Samsung Life Bichumi)

Directions: From Seoul station (Dark Blue line 1 stop # 133 or light blue line 4 stop # 426) take the Red GyungGi Bus # 5005 to the Life Apart Complex stop (the stadium is about 900 meters from there). Turn round as you get of the bus and walk straight about 500 meters. Take a left when you are able to see the Complex.
