Nursery Schools/Child Care
NURSERY SCHOOLS/CHILD-CARE FACILITIES are few and far between in Korea, even for Korean parents; nor is it easy to find Korean home-help, who either want to work with children (most Korean home help are older or even elderly women) or who will follow the instructions of a ‘young’ mother. However, it is relatively easy to find foreign nannies who are willing to work part-time or whom you can sponsor for full-time work. It is also possible to occasionally find some private home-based child-care facilities in expat neighborhoods.
