DAEGU
Daegu Art Museum  대구미술관
Hours: April thru October 10:00 to 19:00 / November thru March 10:00 to 18:00
Closed: Mondays, Jan. 1st, Lunar New Year's & Chuseok (Lunar Thanksgiving) - if holiday falls on a Monday museum is open and closed the following day (Tuesday)

Directions: Take the shuttle bus, operating every half-hour (8:30AM-7:30PM summer / 6:30PM winter), at exit 5 of Daegu Grand Park Station, Daegu subway line 2.  Or take bus 604, 849-1, 849, or 403.  Get off at the stop for Daegue Art Museum (in Korean: “Daegu Misoolgwan” - 대구미술관 ) . Daegu Modern History Museum 대구근대역사관
Hours: April thru October 9:00 to 19:00 / November thru March 9:00 to 18:00
Closed: Mondays
Address: 67, Gyeongsanggamnyeong-gil, Jung-gu, Daegu
Directions: Jungangno Station (Daegu Subway Line 1) Exit 4. Opposite the Jungbu Police Station. About 5 min walk from underground station.
Permanent Exhibits: Classified into six categories, exhibits include stones from the Daegu Fortress,  postcards, documents, household items, and a rickshaw from the Japanese c o l o n i a l   p e r i o d .  On exhibit also is a miniature of the Gyeongsang-gamyeong Governor's Office.

Daegu National Museum  국립대구박물관
Hours: 9:00 to 18:00 Tues-Fri / 9:00 to 21:00 Sat / 9:00to 19:00 Sun & Holidays
Closed: Mondays and January 1st
Admission: Free admission for permanent exhibits / special exhibits may have a fee on occasion
Facilities: include a variety of theme areas including areas for children and hands-on activities and traditional craft workshops.
Guided tours: sometimes available in English; take about 40-50 minutes. Go to Docent's room to see if there is an English-speaking (or Japanese) docent available.

GYEONGJU
Gyeongju National Museum 국립경주박물관
The Gyeongju National Museum is largely devoted to relics of the Silla kingdom, of which Gyeongju was the capital.
Hours: Daily 10am -6pm, until 7pm on Saturday and holidays
Address: 118, lljeongno, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, 780-150
Location: The museum is located immediately adjacent to the royal tomb complex, in an area which also includes the Gyerim forest, Cheomseongdae observatory, Banwolseong palace, and Anapji Pond.
Directions: Take the 700 bus from Singyeongju Station. Get off at wolji(Anapji) and walk about 3 minutes. Or take the 11, 600, 601, 603, 604, 605, 607, 608, or 609 bus from Gyeongju Intercity Bus Terminal, Express Bus Terminal, or Gyeongju Station. More directions and map in English.

JEONJU
Jeonju National Museum 전주박물관
Hours: - Weekdays | 09:00~18:00 / Weekends and holidays | 09:00~19:00 (NB: March through October Saturday hours 09:00~21:00)
Closed Mondays and 1 January. (The garden is open on Mondays.) If a Monday happens to be a public holiday, the museum closes on the first weekday after the holiday.
