YÉOL, Society for Korean Cultural Heritage, Lecture Series: YÉOL is a non-profit, volunteer organization formed to foster and promote interest in Korea's rich cultural heritage and ways to preserve it. Its programs include educational outreach in the form of lectures, field trips, and publications, and funding efforts to protect and restore damaged cultural properties. YÉOL offers a series of six lectures for the membership price of W30,000 (one price for the whole series) of which 3 are given in the Sping (March,April and May) and 3 in the Fall/Winter (October, November and December). The lectures are held on the first Tuesday of the month (or the 2nd if the 1st is a holiday) from 10:30 to Noon at the Seoul Museum of History.
