Ice Skating, Daegu
SINCHEON STREAM OUTDOOR RINK:Daegu City offers free outdoor skating from December to early February on a rink created a Sincheon Stream near the Daebong-gyo (Bridge) near Debec Plaza in Daegu. The approximately 30m 61m rink offers rest areas, skate rentals, toilets, coin lockers and seats. Safety staff are on hand in case of emergencies during operating hours. Begginer and intermediate skating classes are also available.
SKATING HOURS - normally around 10AM to 9PM, 7 days a week (can vary a little from year to year - see K4E What's Going On for current details. DATE: Friday 16 December 2011 to Sunday 5 February 2012.
COST:
Skating is free.
Skate rental - W1,000/hr
Skating classes - W20,000-W30,000 approximately

DAEGU STADIUM INDOOR RINK: One of the many facilities available at the Daegu Sports Stadium is an indoor skating rink.
LOCATION: Daeheung-dong, Suseong-gu in Daegu City
GETTING THERE: Grand Park Station (Daegu Subway Line 2) Exit 5. Take Bus 849-1 or 939 to Daegu Stadium.
