English: STUDIO/BACHELOR style apt (one room suite)

월세
English: WOLSE - monthly rent type of lease
Phonetic pronunciaiton: wol-say

전세
English: JONSE/CHONSE- deposit of 50-100% of property value; also know as 'key money'
Phonetic pronunciation: jchon-say

칼 세 
English: KALSE - payment of front for duration of lease (normally 1-2 years)
Phonetic pronuncation: Kal-say

확정일자 
English: DEPOSIT RECORD - an official record of the deposit money paid to protect the investment
Phonetic pronunciation:  hwak-jeong-il-ja 

등기소
English: REGISTRY OFFICE - local registry office where you register the deposit paid
Phonetic pronunciation: deung-gi-so

임대료  중액
English:  RENTAL AMOUNT
