Complaints: Green and blue buses are also partially administered by Seoul Metropolitan Government. If you've had a problem, you can contact the Seoul Global Center (connected to Seoul Metropolitant Government. SGC replaced Seoul Help Center for Foreigners in late 2007) at 02-1688-0120.
Seoul Metropolitant government also operates a help line that takes complaints about buses, taxis and more. Just dial 120 from a land line or 02-120 from a cell phone to reach an operator.
