Call or Reservation Taxis, Seoul
It is possible to call either a grey (ilban) or black deluxe (mobeon) taxi, as well as to reserve an orange inernational taxi.

If you've called a grey taxi, there will be a W1,000 service charge added to the meter rate. However, if the fare comes out to over W10,000, the service charge is waived.
Black Taxi Center: 02-3431-5100
Grey or black taxi call centers are generally staffed by Korean-only speakers and you will have to give your location (and sometimes, destination). To overcome the language barrier, you can either:
1. Ask one of the employees where you are to call a taxi for you. This is often looked at as an extension of their customer service and they can direct the taxi as they are familiar with the area.
2. Call one of the available help hotlines. The BBB, the volunteer phone interpretation service, is available 24 hours a day at 1588-5644. Also available 24 hours a day is the tourism information hotline, accessible by dialing 1330 (02-1330 from a cell phone).
International Taxis:
Call Center at 1644-2255 (English and Japanese available) around the clock and online at www.internationaltaxi.co.kr or www.intltaxi.co.kr. It is possible to reserve an International Taxi online (from outside Korea) and arrange for it to meet your flight.
