During interviews I've been asked about when I plan to have children, why I'm not married, etc. Is that legal? Are men asked the same questions?

According to the Ministry of Labor, personal questions are allowed during interviews. However, the results of my informal survey indicate that men are not usually subjected to the same kinds of questions about marriage or children. The Equal Employment Act implies that men and women must both be treated fairly during the interview process. There is still a gap between the intent of the law, the law itself and common practice.
