Why is it when I click on to the English functions of the ATM, there's often a step that's in Korea only
It's possible that the programmer didn't thing of that function when setting up the programme and that the bank has not hear enough direct complaints to want to do anything about it. If you feel that this is something that should be changed, you can contact Seoul Metropolitan Government (since a complaint to bank staff is unlikely to go any further) through the SHC for foreigners via 797-8212 or hotline@seoul.go.kr.
