There are also a number of services available, free of charge. You can call 1330 (from a land line) or 02-1330 (from a cell phone) 24 hours a day/7 days a week. They can answer your questions in English and even provide basic interpretation when needed. BBB is a translation service 'staffed' by volunteers. To reach them, dial the main number 1588-5644 and press 1 for English.
