Want to give a bank feedback on its services for expats?

Banking services for foreign residents and visitors were raised at the recent Seoul Town Meeting and in a lot of conversations recently, especially regarding the new regulations that have reduced services for non-Koreans, services that some consider to have already been very limited for a country that wants to be a global player, a financial hub.

KEB is undertaking a series of initiatives aimed at improving its services for the foreign community in Korea. The first step in this effort is a survey of the foreign community - the entire community, not just its clients - to determine where improvements need to be made.

Wise & Wealty Ltd, a small foreign-owned company based in Korea has developed the survey and will administer all aspects of it. You can choose to identify yourself or you can remain anonimous - your answers will be treated exactly the same. A small gift is available for those participants who wish to receive it - again no need to give your name.

If you could take just a few minutes of your time (10-15 minutes), you will be helping to improve the quality of 'banking' life in Korea for yourself and the rest of the expat community. To access the survey, click on bank survey.

Note this survey is for everyone - regardless of where you bank. Even if you live in Korea, but don't bank here, they want to know why. Both spouses can take this survey - just use different computers.

If you have any questions about the survey or any problems accessing it/filling it out, do please contact info@korea4expats.com.
