I've just found out that I'm pregnant. Is it safe to have my baby in Korea?
Yes, it is, although some people do prefer to go home for their delivery. There are excellent OB specialists in Korea and other women who have had children here will be happy to give you the lowdown on the cultural differences as well on the indiosincracies of individual doctors. You can also ask your questions on the Forum and get much of the information you need.
