Why is it when I click on to the English functions of the ATM, there's often a step that's in Korea only
It's possible that the programmer didn't think of that function when setting up the programme and that the bank has not heard enough direct complaints to want to do anything about it. If you feel that this is something that should be changed, saying something to bank staff may not go any further, but it's worth a try. Many of the banks now have Customer Service available in English (see Shinhan and KEB in the K4E Directory).
