Where can I find a pediatrician?
The international clinics can connect you to various medical specialists, including pediatricians. Many of the specialists speak English, but if not, the staff of the international clinic or the doctor herself/himself will translate for you. If you go to one of the hospital international clinics, they will refer you to a pediatrician within the hospital. You may want to have your baby/child checked when you first arrive, even if he/she is well, to see how you feel about the pediatrician. If you don’t like her/him, go to another clinic and have them refer you to their ‘specialist’. They often won’t be the same person – no need either to tell the Korean doctor/staff that you were unhappy with the person you saw through another clinic. Discretion, in this case, may be the best policy and avoids putting the medical staff in the position of having to save 'national’ face.
