Some ATMs say 'Cash' 'Check' 'Cash/Cheque'? What do these options mean?

It means that you can choose to have all the money you are withdrawing in cash or check or a combination of both. You can deposit checks as well as cash, however, if you’re making the deposit in order to transfer the funds to someone’s account (as payment, etc.) there will be a hold of up to 24-hours on the checks.
