Is it true that there will be on-line etiquette programs in Korea?

Yes, it is. On-line courtesy has been part of the 4th grade and up social skills curriculum In March 2009, 2nd graders will be included in the program and some new courses will be offered, addressing topics such as abusive language and personal attacks on the Internet as well as protection of intellectual property and personal information.
