Can non-Koreans shop at second-hand stores?
Yes, you can. To locate the different branches of The Beautiful Store go to: http://www.bstore.org/english/index.asp or call 02-3676-1009 (For English try Ms. Won Ext 269 – if she is not there, you may need a Korean-speaker to translate).
However, you do need to have a base pass or someone who can escort you on to the military base to shop at Second Hand Rose. However, once on base, anyone can buy there – it is not restricted as are the other shopping venues on the military post. For more info: call 02-795-7675 on Monday or Saturday 10AM to 3PM or Wednesday 10AM to 6PM.
