Can I access my home country account from a Korean ATM?

Yes, you can but only from designated machines. Look for the international banking logos on the machine or on the wall above it. In some banks, all ATM’s have international access, while in others only one or two. Occasionally, you will come across a bank where the ATMs are for domestic use only, but that is increasingly rare.
