Are Expat seniors (65+) eligible for same discounts as Koreans?
Yes, if you have an Alian Registration Card that shows you to be 65 or over, you are eligible for all of the same discounts as Koreans of the same age. This applies to discounts for the 60+ group as well.
In addition to riding free on the subway (underground/metro) system, those are who are 65+ can get into museums and other venues at no charge or at substantial discounts.
Occasionally some tourist attractions will offer senior discounts for tourists as well. You will have to show your passport however. That said, one must usually be a resident to qualify.
2011 Update: Some National Heritage sites no longer offer discounts or free entry to visibly foreign seniors, while the Seoul subway system stopped granting senior rights to foreign national, including ethnic Koreans.
