What is haejang-guk? What is it made out of?

Guk means soup - Haejangguk is a soup eaten as a hangover cure. You can have it that night or in the morning. The most  common variety is a kind of spicy 'blood' soup that consists of dried napa cabbage, congealed ox or pork blood and vegetables in a meat broth.

There used to be a lot of Haechangguk restaurants, but that's not longer the case.
